SHIPPING POLICY

At Clean India Sales Corporation, we aim to process and deliver your orders safely and on time. Please read the following Shipping Policy for information about order processing, delivery, and shipping charges.

1. Order Processing

Orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days after successful payment and order confirmation.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays may be processed on the next business day.

Processing times may be longer during festivals, promotional periods, or periods of unusually high order volume.

2. Delivery Time

After dispatch, orders are generally delivered within approximately 3–7 business days, depending on the delivery location and courier service.

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to:

  • Delivery location

  • Courier availability

  • Weather conditions

  • Public holidays

  • Transportation delays

  • Remote-area delivery

  • Unforeseen circumstances beyond our control

3. Shipping Charges

Applicable shipping charges, if any, will be displayed during checkout before the order is completed.

Shipping charges may vary depending on the order value, package size, weight, and delivery location.

4. Delivery Areas

We currently aim to deliver orders to serviceable locations within India.

Availability of delivery may depend on the courier service and the destination PIN code.

If a particular location is not serviceable, we may contact the customer to arrange an alternative solution or cancellation/refund, where applicable.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, tracking information may be provided through email, SMS, WhatsApp, or other available communication methods.

Customers can use the tracking information provided by the applicable courier service to monitor their shipment.

6. Incorrect or Incomplete Address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address, including:

  • Full name

  • House/Building number

  • Street/locality

  • City

  • State

  • PIN code

  • Contact number

Clean India Sales will not be responsible for delivery failures or delays caused by incorrect, incomplete, or inaccurate address information provided by the customer.

Additional shipping charges may apply if a shipment needs to be re-dispatched due to an incorrect address.

7. Delayed Delivery

Although we make reasonable efforts to deliver orders within the estimated timeframe, delays may occur due to circumstances outside our control.

If your order has been significantly delayed, please contact our customer support team with your order number so that we can assist you.

8. Damaged Package

If you receive a package that appears damaged, opened, or tampered with, please take photographs or video of the package before opening it, where possible.

Contact us as soon as possible with your order details and supporting photographs/videos.

Any replacement or refund will be handled according to our Return & Refund Policy.

9. Failed Delivery

If a delivery attempt fails because the customer is unavailable, the address is incorrect, or the customer refuses to accept the shipment, the courier may make additional delivery attempts according to its policies.

If the order is returned to us, additional shipping charges may apply for re-dispatch, where applicable.

10. Cash on Delivery

If Cash on Delivery (COD) is available for selected locations or products, the availability and applicable conditions will be displayed during checkout.

COD availability may vary depending on the destination PIN code and courier service.

11. Cancellation and Refund

Orders may be cancelled before dispatch, subject to our cancellation terms.

If an order cannot be delivered or is cancelled after payment has been received, any eligible refund will be processed according to our Return & Refund Policy.
